Highly Effective Teams Workshops

Leadership and Management are all about getting things done through people. In today's modern organizations, more than ever before, the challenge is how to build, mobilize, manage, and lead highly effective teams -- not only face-to-face teams, but also virtual teams; not only full-time business teams, but also short-term project teams; and not only line-managed teams, but also matrix-managed teams. The modern work place is seeing a proliferation of teams as the primary organizational unit by which we get things done.

This proliferation of teams' size, location, objectives, life-cycle, stakeholders, and constituents -- is placing an ever growing demand on executives for world class team leadership and management skills.

Program Methodology

Our typical Program begins with a 2-Day Workshop that provides a highly interactive learning environment complete with discussion, role-play, team game experiences, real-life scenarios, and skills practice. 

Following the Workshop, we offer an individual coaching segment consisting of 4 individual sessions spread over 10 to 12 weeks.  The purpose of this one-on-one coaching is to insure that the skills introduced in the Workshop are practiced on-the-job, raising the comfort level of each participant in using Effective Team Skills.

Coaching Associates recognizes that each of our clients has unique needs.  In this regard, we would welcome the opportunity to custom design a Highly Effective Team learning program for you combining both Workshop and Coaching elements.  Our goal is to maximize the learning experience for our clients.
