Simon Lee is one of Asia's pioneer Executive Coaches and Appreciative Inquiry Consultants, specializing in leadership development and change management.  He is the Managing Partner of BRIEF Academy and Vice President of Coaching Associates.  He draws on his 25 years of corporate experience to help senior leaders, executives, and business owners increase their effectiveness by using appreciative inquiry and brief coaching as developmental tools to drive business results.

Simon's extensive and broad-based corporate experience spreads across the IT, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Services Industries.  Some of his senior level leadership roles included being Asia Pacific Director of Engineering at Quantum Corporation, Head of Customer Services for Knight Ridder Financials and Lucent Technologies in Asia and Country Services Manager at Digital Equipment Singapore.

Simon is the first Certified Solution Focused Coach in Asia, accredited by the Canadian Council of Professional Certification.  He was the 1^st Vice President of the ICF Singapore Chapter (2004 ~2006).  He teaches a Certified Business/Executive Coach Program at the University of Malaya, and is a Mentor Coach to aspiring internal Corporate Coaches.
