Klaus believes that coaching is the appropriate way to strike a balance between performance, learning and enjoyment for people at their places of
"earning a living". He thinks that too much of talent, creativity and energy is buried under the conventional "controlling and instruct" mindset of all levels in organizations and companies. Coaching is the answer to make people aware and let them develop trust in themselves, define their goals and act upon their choices.
Klaus
is coaching executives, managers, entrepreneurs and people who want to master
their financial skills. Together with other associates he has set up Coaching
Associates, a multi-cultural management coaching practice, serving
multinational companies by developing suitable staff into coaching leaders and
offering executive performance- talent development- career and team coaching.
