Donald J. Huse is an experienced organizational leader with over 30 years of hands-on management in international banking centers throughout Asia-Pacific. Don has headed commercial banking operations for such well-known multi- national organizations as Citigroup, Bank of New York, Standard Chartered, First Interstate Bank, and Bank of Hawaii. And he has headed these businesses in such markets as Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, and the U.S.

These assignments have given Don significant cross-cultural experience in collaborating with a broad range of individuals across many nationalities. He has developed excellent people skills -- coaching, training, managing, mentoring, motivating, networking, and leading.

As Executive Coach for Coaching Associates, Don is able to leverage a broad range of business experiences. In coaching with many multinational and regional clients, Don draws on his first hand experience in starting up new businesses, opening new offices, re-engineering and restructuring business operations, managing joint ventures, working through a take-over acquisition, and even closing down a business operation. In each of these situations Don has consistently focused on building organizations of skilled and motivated team members and on achieving bottom-line business profitability

Don earned his Bachelor's degree from Stanford University in political science. He then earned a Master's degree in international relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. In the course of his business career, Don has also attended various management programs at INSEAD, Stanford, and the University of Chicago GSB. In addition to this, Mr. Huse has been certified as an executive coach by the Corporate Coach University in the USA. He draws on this extensive background in offering clients personalized, results-oriented Executive Coaching. Don is an American citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident.
